USED APPLIANCE 90 DAY WARRANTY POLICY

All of our used appliances come with a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty unless otherwise noted. The term begins on the date the appliance is either picked up or delivered. Parts and Labor means literally that! Any appliance parts required to complete a repair and any labor charges are covered under this warranty!

  • If an appliance was delivered and installed by Appliance Center Inc., all warranty services may be performed on location.
  • If an appliance was picked up and installed by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the appliance to Appliance Center for any warranty services to be performed. (There are exceptions in some circumstances, please reach out to us with your name and invoice date!)
  • This warranty DOES NOT cover damages caused by the customer during transportation or installation. This includes, but is not limited to:
    -Improperly connecting electrical cords, water inlet lines, drain lines, brackets, etc.
    -Faulty electrical outlet on location.
    -Improper transportation of appliance, dropping appliance, not properly securing appliance in transportation vehicle, etc.
    -The customer will be responsible for parts and labor on any appliance that is damaged due to improper installation and/or transportation.
  • This 90 Day Warranty covers the appliance only! It does not cover aging or leaking water valves or faulty electrical outlets/breakers at a customer’s house. If we discover an appliance is not working due to any of these issues, no warranty work will be performed.

FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE US WITH A DATE OF PURCHASE!!! FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS THE CUTOMER MUST PROVIDE US WITH A DATE OF PURCHASE.
-We have no way of looking up an invoice without the date of purchase. The appliance being warrantied must be the same as is listed on the invoice.
-If a customer cannot provide a date of purchase, no warranty work will be performed.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Please reach out to us via email or phone if you are having any issues with a purchased appliance! You will need the name the appliance was purchased under, the invoice date (as written on the invoice) and the address the appliance was delivered to.
